[Case Study] Linked with WinActor. Achieving complete automation of operations and realizing RPA!

We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp" implemented at Forval Telecom Co., Ltd. The company had been automating its BtoC business order and payment processes with this product for the past five years, as the manual processing was insufficient. However, due to subsequent business growth, the volume of miscellaneous manual tasks that were previously considered not significant enough to systematize increased, leading to excessive overtime becoming a norm. As a result, they decided to automate their operations using RPA and, after comparing and evaluating multiple RPA tools, adopted WinActor for its simple UI. Consequently, they achieved complete automation of operations by automating front-end tasks with WinActor and back-end tasks with this product, linking the two together.
